You have 14 days from delivery to send it back for a refund, as long as it's unworn, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging. The graphics are printed with premium DTG, which bonds into the cotton rather than sitting on top as a thick vinyl layer. Wash inside-out at 30°C, skip the tumble dryer, and it'll stay sharp wash after wash.

Because it isn't the same garment. A typical high-street tee is around 150 GSM of untreated cotton on a slim block. Ours is 240–400 GSM, garment-washed so it arrives soft and settled rather than stiff, cut oversized, and printed one at a time. You're paying for the weight, the finish, and a graphic that isn't on every rail in town.
