    At Limn, we aim for perfection with every purchase. If something isn’t right, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered with our simple returns process!

     

     


     

    RETURNS

    • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.
    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.
    • Exceptions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
      • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
      • Intimate items or personal care products
      • Gift cards
      • Hazardous materials or flammable items

    How to Return an Item

    1. Email us at limnclothing@limnservices.com to initiate your return.
    2. Provide your order details and the reason for your return.
    3. We’ll supply the nearest return address for your convenience.
    4. Use a trackable shipping service for items valued over £75 to ensure safe delivery.

    Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 working days.
    • Sale items: Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

    Exchanges

    • We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only.
    • If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at limnclothing@outlook.com with photos and details of the issue.

    Gift Returns

    • If your item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
    • If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

    Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
    • If your item is being returned to suppliers in Asia or the United States, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
    • Return shipping times may vary depending on your location.
